I ask clients to commit to weekly therapy in the beginning for us to build consistency and our therapeutic relationship. After about 10 weeks we can revisit this and discuss further if the frequency should change or stay weekly.

Absolutely not! The work we do together can be focused on a specific problem or situation with a formal goal for us to work towards. Therapy can also be seeking a greater knowledge about yourself and who you are deep down. This in general can have a profound impact on your life.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. The full session will be charged if the session is missed.

Therapy is commonly covered under most insurance plans and if you have out of network benefits you can be reimbursed via your insurance company.

The first session, commonly known as the intake session is 60 minutes/$200. Individual sessions are 50 minutes/ $185. Couples sessions are 60 minutes/$200. Payments are charged via credit card after each session.

At this time, all sessions are virtual. When appropriate, and on a case-by-case basis, Walk and Talk sessions can be offered as well.
